This course is delivered using Office 2016. With the exception of the new modern look and touch screen support, there are few differences between the Office suites; therefore, users currently operating on Office 2010 and later will benefit from the material in this course.

 

Email has become one of the most widely used methods of communication, whether for personal or business communications.  In most organizations, large or small, email is the preferred form of communicating information among employees.  As email grew in popularity and use, most organizations found the need to implement a corporate mail management system such as Microsoft Outlook to handle the emails, meeting invitations, and other communications sent among employees.

Microsoft Outlook is a communication and organization tool that has a wealth of features. This course takes an in-depth look at those features with topics like using the Favorites list, working with search folders, creating rules, using categories, managing junk mail, sharing your calendar, scheduling meetings with Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Server mailbox features, using signatures, organizing data, managing personal folders, and using Outlook profiles. Students learn skills that progress from basic right through to advanced.
