Course Description

Time is money, the saying goes, and lots of it gets lost in disorganization and disruption.  We also deal with a constant barrage of technology, people, and tasks that can contribute to the disorganization.  Many people find that they flit from one task to another, trying to get everything done. In this course, you will practice techniques that will help you achieve more effective use of your time so that you can direct energy towards the activities that will further your professional and personal goals.

Course Objective

You will identify effective time-management strategies, including defining personal and professional goals, establishing priorities, and identifying the tasks that will be critical to achieving those goals.  You will create a personal time-management action plan.
